This Privacy Policy explains how GODSPEEDLA LLC (“GODSPEEDLA,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit godspeedla.com (the “Site”). We are a creative and production company, not a data business — we collect only what we need to respond to you.

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, inquiry type, and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and to keep the Site running. We do not run advertising trackers or marketing analytics on the Site.

Local storage. The shopping cart is stored in your own browser’s local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, communicate with you about potential projects, and provide the services you request. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the Site. Each has its own privacy practices:

  • Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to us by email.
  • Vercel — hosts the Site and processes technical server logs.
  • YouTube and Vimeo — embedded videos on the Site are served by these platforms, which may set their own cookies when a video loads or plays.

Cookies

The Site does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Embedded video players (YouTube, Vimeo) may set cookies governed by their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
